Shanghai Wuchuan Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd is a foreign trade sales company registered in Pudong, Shanghai, mainly selling mining crushing and screening machinery and wear-resistant steel parts, with customers in more than 20 countries including Russia, the United States, Australia, and the UAE. The cooperative factory is located in Zhejiang, covering an area of 150,000 square meters, with more than 700 employees and more than 80 professional technicians. The factory has three casting production lines, two sets of 5-ton melting furnaces, one set of 10-ton melting furnaces, and 13 box-type natural gas furnaces for casting heat treatment, using suspension quenching heat treatment for uniform cooling and minimal deformation, resulting in stable product quality and high praise from customers. The factory is also equipped with a precision machining workshop with more than 250 large processing equipment including gantry machining, horizontal machining, gantry planers, gantry milling machines, vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, and floor boring machines.

We focus on quality control, strictly adhering to the ISO quality management system from raw material procurement to production processes. The factory has three casting production lines, two sets of 5-ton melting furnaces, and one set of 10-ton melting furnaces. For heat treatment of castings, there are 13 box-type natural gas furnaces, using hanging quenching heat treatment for uniform cooling and minimal deformation, ensuring stable product quality and receiving widespread praise from customers. The factory also has a precision machining workshop equipped with over 250 large-scale processing equipment, including gantry machining, horizontal machining, gantry planers, gantry milling machines, vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, and floor-type boring machines.
